A Case of Marfan's Syndrome.

Abstract
A case of Marfan's syndrome (Korean Army soldier, age 35) is reported. This case is hereditary disorder of connective tissue, especally affecting bones, eyes, ligaments, and tendons. The chief complaints of this case are visual disturbance (OD, 0.01. OS, 0.5) and ocular pain. The symptoms and signs are lateral deviation of the right eye, iridodonesis, miosis, dislocation of the lens (superiorly, both), dolichocephaly, arachnodactyly and long arm span (longer than height). The treatment of this case are intracapsular lens extraction and surgical correction of the squint and symptomatic therapy.
