Abstract
A case of Stevens-Johnson's syndrome is reported in an 8 years old boy. The case showed the scarring of the tarsal conjunctiva, symblepharon, trichiasis, corneal opacity and the residual pigmentation in the skin. These findings seemed the sequelae of the Stevens-Johnson's syndrome. There were the recurrences of the symptoms of photophobia and eye discharge. These symptoms appeared to be the result of the kerato-conjunctivitis sicca. The author believes the proper treatment at the acute stage in this syndrome could minimize the possible sequelae and wants to emphsize the special attention to the eyes at this stage of the cases.
