| Abstract |

3 cases of mucocele are reported. 2 cases were revealed the ethmoidal mucocele on the physical examinations and the other one was the frontoethmoidal mucocele. All cases were fyoung (23 yrs, 27 yrs and 35 yrs) and male. The symptoms in these cases were caracterized by the proptosis, the orbital tumor and eyeball devation toward the lateral side. In a case, the optic neuritis was examined. All cases were treated by means of orbitotomy and sinusotomy through the supranasal approach, and results were good. |
