Pupillary Response Time and Pupillary Area in Korean.

Abstract
It has been reported that the pupillary light reflex is an objective parameter of autonomic nervous function. To evaluate the pupillary light reflex in Korean, the maximal pupillary diameter, maximal contraction velocity and dilation velocity after 6 second were measured. The result was that the three parameters of pupillary light reflex were significantly decreased with age. In conclusion, the three parameters of pupillary light reflex are related to aging. And the result of this study provides the basic data of pupillary light reflex and is helpful in the evaluation of autonomic neuropathy in Korean.
