Abstract
The patient with Pupillotonia has a dilated pupil, poor or absent light reflex, delayed, dimimished and prolonged reaction to near-vision, and supersensitive to parasympathomimetics, and often dimimished or absent tendonreflexes. In this report we presnted a 29 years-old Korean woman who demonstrated classic signs of pupillotonia in her right eye and atypical pupillotonia in her left eye combined with symmetric loss of deep tondon reflexes of both knees and ankles. Brief summary of the past literatures were also veviewed.
